I've always known I wanted to be an artist of some sort, it just took a while to develop what exactly I wanted to do. After taking art classes in high school, and my art teacher telling me she saw great potential in me and she thought I'd excel in graphic design, I took to it.
I couldn't let go of my love of music and theater, so I studied those on the side, as well. As part of my graphic design major, I was required to take two courses in photography, which I was already interested in experienced in, but it made me love it even more. Yet another passion was found.
As a young teen, I picked up my first package of polymer clay and played around with it, but not knowing exactly what I wanted to create, I put the stuff down until college, when I picked it up again, creating my own cute, kitsch jewelry, which I still make today, always working on my technique to improve it.
